  • Tracking Results – Hunter Allen’s road bike coaching system applies specific training stress scores (TSS) to each and every workout, regardless of whether you train with power, heart rate, or perceived exertion. Through the Predicative Management Chart™ (PMC) co-developed by Hunter Allen, your road cycling coach tracks these scores over time to determine training load, tapering, peaking, and when to rest.
  • Testing – Testing is training, and training is testing! As you become fitter, you need to update both your training zones and training load to keep your body adjusting. Your road cycling coach tests you frequently to ensure that you’re working in the most effective training zones for your level of fitness.
  • Tapering and Peaking – Using your PMC, your road cycling coach builds a trend analysis to better understand when you need to rest, how best to taper, and how to ensure you peak for your big events.
  • Racing and Events – Hunter Allen’s cycling coaches, all of whom are accomplished riders and racers themselves, work with you to devise strategies, analyze race performance, and plan for future road cycling events.
